Fabrication

G & H Tool and Die possesses extensive metal fabrication capabilities, allowing us to efficiently and effectively meet our clients' needs. With our advanced machinery and skilled workforce, we are able to handle a wide range of metal fabrication projects. Simple or complex we can meet your needs. Our capabilities include cutting, bending, welding, and finishing, ensuring that we can deliver high-quality products that meet the specifications and requirements you need. Whether it is a small-scale project or a large-scale production run, our metal fabrication capabilities enable us to deliver exceptional results in a timely manner. We have a 6' x 12' waterjet, a 5' x 10' fiber optic laser cutter, a 6' x 10' plasma cutter, up to 250 TON CNC Brake press, and a 3/8 shear plate roll. We also offer tig and mig welding along with aluminum welding as well.

Tooling

The tooling department can create custom tools and equipment that meet your specific requirements and specifications. Our team of skilled engineers in the tooling department have extensive experience in designing and producing a wide range of tools, including cutting tools, molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures. In addition to designing and producing tools, the tooling department also provides maintenance and repair services for existing dies and equipment. This ensures that the tools and equipment are always in optimal condition, which helps to improve the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process. Tooling also works closely with our other departments and clients, to ensure that the tools and equipment are designed and produced to meet the specific needs of our clients and their customers. Overall, the tooling department plays a critical role in the success of the manufacturing process, and its capabilities are essential for ensuring that the company can meet its production goals and deliver high-quality products to its customers. We have experience in multiple industries including, Automotive, Industrial Door, Lawn Equipment, Fireplace, outdoor products, and the space and defense industry to name a few.

Automation

G & H Tool & Die, Inc has been building turn key automated machines in house since 1993.  We started out building small hydraulic and air operated machines for local customers and over the years we have built machines for the medical, food automation and building products industries. Over the years we have done machines with up to 7 axis servo motor, 4 axis coordinated movement gantry style robots and a wide range of air and hydraulic machines.
